Wash eight lemons with vinegar well and let them dry. Cut eight lemons into four equal parts per lemon. Put in a blender and puree it seeds, skin everything, for 10 minutes.
To tell you truth it doesn’t taste to bad.
Interesting idea. Let us know if you keep this up and notice any changes.
Yes, it is good If the taste is too tart for your taste try adding a teaspoon (or more) of raw unfiltered honey.
Just viewed an article on you tube by dr Eric berg. Interesting article on using blended whole lemons and the health benefits. Worth a try. I am a healthy 88 year old and eat no processed foods. Only fresh organic vegetables and fruits, my only meats are chicken breasts from free range chickens and wild caught Alaskan salmon. Also do intermittent fasting. Am blessed with good health and this diet keeps my blood pressure in check. I use fresh organic milk and make my own yogurt. Best yogurt ever. Strain it to remove whey and you have the best Greek yogurt ever!
Wow Mary! Sounds like you have a wonderful, healthy diet! We would love to hear how you make your own yogurt. Feel free to email us the recipe at admin@wholefrog.com
