What exactly is involved in a WholeFrog® Lymphatic Drainage Massage?
First, we boost clients with arnica sublingual for pain, bruising, and inflammation relief from the inside out. This relief is so quick and can be repeated every 2-4 hours as needed to avoid narcotic use.
Lymph and circulation-boosting cream that was developed by a cardiologist, is then applied to all unaffected body areas to get your fluid and pain relief started body-wide.
This highly conditions your skin as well as getting rid of inflammation and swelling and processing fluids. It is a transdermal cream that lasts 24-36 hours with systemic, not just surface, benefits.
This is a game-changer and adds to preserving and continuing inch-loss. Clients self-treat at home between visits for quick, quick results!
Second, and only to your “feel-good pain” tolerance, we very gently with protective toweling and sheets to protect your wounds and painful areas use a combination of manual lymphatic drainage massage and our special tools.
Nothing will hurt, but your lymphatic system will get kicked into high gear. All the fluid starts coming out of your body so that your pain relief begins immediately.

How soon after surgery should I schedule a Lymphatic Drainage Massage?
Don’t be afraid to come in and get work done on that first day after surgery. You won’t want any kind of deep tissue work but, you will want the inflammation off, and pain relief.

Is it going to hurt?
No, in fact, our goal is to reduce the amount of pain you are in.

What if it’s already been a few weeks post-surgery?
We want to get you out of pain and out of swelling as fast as we can. We often get people to come in before surgery to prevent the pain and swell you’re experiencing. However, even if you have even waited a couple of weeks before coming in we can still help relieve your pain.
When you leave you’re going to be like, “I’m so glad I came.” We never want you in any pain other than a feel-good pain.
