Enhance Plastic Surgery with Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Frequently Asked Questions
Lymphatic Drainage Massage boosts your immune system and reduces lymphedema, swelling, pain, and stagnation. Great for plastic surgery, post-operative care of any kind, and clients battling cancer.
What exactly is involved in a WholeFrog® Lymphatic Drainage Massage?
First, we boost clients with arnica sublingual for pain, bruising, and inflammation relief from the inside out. This relief is so quick and can be repeated every 2-4 hours as needed to avoid narcotic use.
Lymph and circulation-boosting cream that was developed by a cardiologist, is then applied to all unaffected body areas to get your fluid and pain relief started body-wide.
This highly conditions your skin as well as getting rid of inflammation and swelling and processing fluids. It is a transdermal cream that lasts 24-36 hours with systemic, not just surface, benefits.
This is a game-changer and adds to preserving and continuing inch-loss. Clients self-treat at home between visits for quick, quick results!
Second, and only to your “feel-good pain” tolerance, we very gently with protective toweling and sheets to protect your wounds and painful areas use a combination of manual lymphatic drainage massage and our special tools.
Nothing will hurt, but your lymphatic system will get kicked into high gear. All the fluid starts coming out of your body so that your pain relief begins immediately.
Our licensed professional will gently introduce special creams that take away bruising, move fluid away and have inch loss properties. This system will enhance the results of your plastic surgery. You are sent home with everything you need before surgery, so you are prepared, knowledgeable, and ready to rock your new body.
SUFFERING IS OPTIONAL!
Finally, we use a special GK Machine that starts to shift the fascia and releases the scar tissue at a profound level. The other feature of the GK is an exfoliation head. It’s again very gentle, but it exfoliates the dead cells that sluff off, especially after surgery when you’ve had Betadine and other medical products all over your body and been told not to shower right away. This special treatment will carefully exfoliate your skin and enhance the inch loss cream. We have a special gift for you that clients love and keep them feeling wonderful during those first post-op days.
WE DO ALL OF YOUR WOUND CARE!
So, for 24 to 36 hours, after every treatment, you’ve got fluid coming off, you’ve got swelling going down and you have a pain-free component and recovery from your plastic surgery.

Can I get Lymphatic Drainage after BBL or Liposuction? I can barely sit down!
Yes! LEARN HOW TO NAVIGATE THE NO SIT LAY RULE POST OP!
In fact, many doctors require Lymphatic Drainage as part of your post-op procedures in order to decrease swelling, inflammation, soreness, and scar tissue. In addition to reducing swelling, this type of bodywork/massage therapy helps reduce fibrosis, lumps, and bumps that may occur under the skin a couple of weeks after surgery.
Our team includes registered nurses and licensed professionals and we have seen it all! No need to worry about drains, open wounds, or other post-op annoyances.
Is it going to hurt?
No, in fact, our goal is to reduce the amount of pain you are in.
The entire treatment will be fully customized to your specific needs and level of tolerance.
What if it’s already been a few weeks post-surgery?
We want to get you out of pain and out of swelling as fast as we can. We often get people to come in before surgery to prevent the pain and swell you’re experiencing. However, even if you have even waited a couple of weeks before coming in we can still help relieve your pain.
When you leave you’re going to be like, “I’m so glad I came.” We never want you in any pain other than a feel-good pain.
