Front Desk/ Clinic Coordinator

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication and administrative skills. Candidates should be able to serve our transformational wellness community with a loving and professional manner and be a helpful and positive presence in our clinics.
Clinic coordinators must be hyper organized, efficient, forward-thinking problem solvers with exceptional interpersonal and strategic thinking skills that are looking for a career not just a job.
Love for growth, effective marketing, sales from a place of service to our community and clients and creating a family like atmosphere with staff.
Position may be part-time or full-time with sales incentives and opportunity for income and career growth.
Serve deeply every client to the fullest.
Manage clinics – keeping them stocked, clean, and ready for service always along with team of therapists.
Maintain excellent response rate to all incoming client calls, texts, and emails and multiple social media portals. Maintain clear communication between clients, therapists, and other team members.
Daily outreach client calls.
Learn and maintain products and services, sales and inventory and display of products and organize staff training.
Check clients in, anticipate client needs, ensure online Intake’s are completed, entered, and tagged appropriately.
Take payments and run reports.
Coordinate events, elite clients, groups, and workshops.
Assist Systems/Marketing Manager with marketing projects such as social media, community outreach, flyer distribution and more.
Excellent office, computer, Microsoft Office, Excel, database management, written and verbal communication skills and able to work with wide range of personalities.
Loves to work hard and smart.
Comfortable with social media and learning new software.
A love of personal and professional growth, health, and wellness
Flexible and calm with an ability to handle multiple tasks and interruptions.
Must be self-starter with ability to research online and figure things out, drive to move business forward and support our therapeutic staff without needing daily instruction after initial training.

Flexible and with great organizational skills.
Must be able to move comfortably all joints, reach, climb, kneel, bend, and stand if needed during your day, be committed to being minimally fit to avoid injury and able to lift or move 10–20-pound packages occasionally. Duties move from active to sitting at desk.
Work Hours and Days
Working interviews are conducted after receipt of resume and phone interview with management and owner. Hourly rate + plus commission negotiable. Unlimited growth potential for successful applicant. $15 during initial training. $16.50 – $20.00 with rapid advancement based on job performance. No salary cap.
Work Location and Hours
You may be working in either of or both of our Moorpark and Westlake Village Clinics and occasionally offsite for events or in our corporate office.
Off-site phone (phone is provided by clinic) held during hours clinic coordinators are not in clinic or at front desk. We work 7am-9pm and clinics are open Monday – Sunday 9am – 9 pm. Days, weekends, and evenings are needed. May share job.

You will be managing both clinics and must be able and willing to work evenings and weekends and take bottom-line for our online and educational expansion and brand as well as management of clinical staff.
You will create organization, systems and relationships that allow the business to run effortlessly. You must be comfortable speaking with other professionals and marketing the business outside of the clinic. We are a small office with family healing environment. All team members must be emotionally, mentally and spiritually grounded and mature. They must also be willing to embody the wellness model we teach. Our perfect applicant is a mature, Moorpark (or close by) resident that is looking for a long-term employment home rather than a temporary job. Second career applicants are welcome to apply.
