We are excited to offer PPO out-of-network insurance support for those with coverage for medically necessary chiropractic and/or therapeutic massage benefits.
You must book with our chiropractor for diagnosis and/or treatment before receiving a therapeutic massage.
All insurance clients are responsible for full payment at time of service.
· $275/hour for RN or Chiro services and
· $192.50/hour for FullRange Therapeutic Services.
*Relaxation services are not covered by insurance.
We are an out-of-network provider. Please check your out-of-network deductibles and terms of coverage.
If your insurance covers or partially covers our services, we will process the billing for you.
If your out-of-network deductible has not been met yet, we can also process billing so that it applies to your out-of-network deductible.
