Ideally, we’d all learn how to live our lives with minimal stress, but sometimes that is too hard of a nut to crack. Instead, teach yourself how to manage stress when it comes to work-life, major life changes, or emotional struggles.⁠

Here is a list of strategies for calming stress that really work and are supported by science:⁠

🍂 Simply spend more time in nature, like the park, woods, or a beach⁠
